I am a mac user and I have an ipod so itunes would be the seem like the natural choice but I am frustrated by the restrictions on the songs once they are purchased. I am used to having no restrictions as a lot of my music is ripped from CDs. Are there any online music stores where I can download music with less restrictions. I don't mind paying extra for this.

I'm 17 and I'd really like to own a guitar that is cheap and not too bad sounding. Please suggest some possible brands, if there are such cheap acoustic guitars in music stores.

The iTunes Store doesn't have some of the music I want. If I find it in another store, like Rhapsody, can I have it put directly into iTunes without having to download another music program that I'll never use?

I'm visiting New york at the end of the month and I really want to find some great, unusual music stores. Does anyone know where I could find any? Also, are there any cool stores I should visit while I'm there? Thanks for any advise!!
